‘What happens on your iPhone, stays on your iPhone’, is a wacky yet a bold take to an age-old saying that we all know about the sin city – “What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.”
While it is not clearly indicated whom Apple is taking a shot at with its ad, rivals such as Google and Amazon were speculated to be the ones who the company is digging on, as both are expected to dominate this year’s show – and also the ones who have come under scrutiny last year about how they treat customers’ data.
It’s clear that 2018 was a shocking year for privacy in general. There were discoveries of multiple breaches in security, lots of (potential) spying, and problems that caused widespread concerns. We’re not naming anything, as you might already know some of it if you’re always on social media.
Apple products are known for being secure, as it is one of its main selling points.
